Age and dementia friendly community in Duxbury

Duxbury is making progress on creating an Age and Dementia Friendly community, with support from the Old Colony Planning Council (OCPC). This was a great presentation with a plan to work towards specific goals! I was impressed at the number of people in the room who were engaged and willing to work toward community goals.
